Data Deletion Instructions

MailHub has no remote MailHub account or mailbox database. Account credentials, mail indexes and offline data are stored on the user's device.

Remove one connected account

1. Open MailHub.
2. Open the account's settings.
3. Select Remove Account and confirm.

This removes the account credentials from operating-system secure storage and deletes MailHub-managed local records and cached attachments for that account. It does not delete messages stored by the email provider.

Revoke provider access

For OAuth accounts, users may also revoke MailHub in the provider's account-security settings:

• Google Account third-party connections
• Microsoft account app permissions

For QQ Mail, NetEase Mail and other app-password accounts, revoke or regenerate the authorization password in the provider's webmail security settings.

Delete all local MailHub data

Remove all connected accounts and uninstall MailHub. Operating-system backups or user-exported encrypted backup files are controlled by the user and must be deleted separately. Deleting MailHub data cannot delete remote mail or provider account data.
