Terms of Use
These terms govern use of the MailHub application and website. By using MailHub, you agree to use it lawfully and in accordance with the terms of the email providers and platforms you connect.
The service
MailHub is local-first client software. It connects directly to email providers selected by the user. MailHub does not provide an email address, guarantee delivery, operate a mail relay or maintain a cloud copy of the user's mailbox.
Your accounts and content
You are responsible for the accounts you connect, the recipients you select, the content you send, the accuracy of server settings and the security of your devices and provider credentials. You must have authority to access every connected account.
Acceptable use
You may not use MailHub to send spam, phishing, malware, unlawful content, harassment, or messages that violate provider rules or the rights of others. You may not attempt to bypass provider security controls, access another person's account, or disrupt the app or connected services.
Third-party services
Google, Microsoft, QQ Mail, NetEase Mail, Apple, application stores and other email providers are independent third parties. Their availability, account policies, rate limits and terms apply separately and may change. MailHub is not endorsed by those providers unless expressly stated.
Updates and availability
Features, supported platforms and provider compatibility may change as MailHub and third-party services evolve. We may provide updates to maintain security, compatibility and legal compliance. Beta or pre-release builds may be incomplete.
Disclaimer and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MailHub is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation or delivery. Users should keep independent backups of important data and verify sent mail when delivery status is uncertain. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
Termination
You may stop using MailHub at any time by removing connected accounts and uninstalling the app. We may restrict distribution or support where required by law, platform policy, security or abuse prevention.

服务性质
MailHub 是本地优先的客户端软件，直接连接用户选择的邮箱服务商。MailHub 不提供邮箱地址，不保证邮件一定投递，不运营邮件中转，也不在云端保存用户邮箱副本。
账户与内容责任
用户应对连接的账户、选择的收件人、发送的内容、服务器配置以及设备和凭据安全负责，并确保有权访问所有连接的账户。
禁止用途
不得使用 MailHub 发送垃圾邮件、钓鱼内容、恶意软件、违法内容或骚扰信息；不得绕过服务商安全控制、访问他人账户或破坏应用及相关服务。
第三方服务
Google、Microsoft、QQ 邮箱、网易邮箱、Apple、应用商店和其他邮箱服务商均为独立第三方，其可用性、账户政策、速率限制及条款单独适用并可能变化。
更新、可用性与责任
功能、平台和服务商兼容性可能随产品及第三方服务变化而调整。法律允许的最大范围内，MailHub 不保证持续无中断运行或邮件必然投递。重要数据应保留独立备份；投递状态不确定时应检查“已发送”。
